I reached out to Brian after doing some research online. The very first thing I took note of was his prompt response. In less than 2 minutes he replied to start the dialogue. He asked what I had, what I thought I would need done, and if I could send pictures. I sent three pictures back and again he responded right away (I cannot emphasize this enough) to give me a firm estimate on the price as well as an approximation on the time he would be able to show up and about how long he thought the actual work would take. We then messaged to firm up my willingness to meet his price and his commitment to come do the work. The timeline he gave me to show was a two hour window later in the evening because he was in the middle of a job already. As I entered the time window we discussed, between 5 and 7 pm, he responded (without being prompted) that he was on the way. He showed up not long after with two other people. What I liked right away was the professional, courteous nature of this man. Brian greeted me with a handshake and introduced his team member. He asked to see the areas I’d shown him in the pictures and then confirmed his price for the work I was asking. All of this without me having to ask pointed questions – Brian was forthcoming and open and candid. I have to emphasize this as we have all been in a situation where one thing is discussed prior and someone attempts to pull a fast one or claim they didn’t know this or that etc…Brian was above reproach. After the initial look he and his team member got to work breaking down boxes and removing articles. Most of the things were in my garage so it was easy to move about the space. There was a chair inside my house, however, that was a very tight fit. Brian and his team member exercised great care when lifting and maneuvering the chair through the house so as not to contact walls or scuff the floor or ding the door. Once they had the chair out they got it loaded and were ready to depart. The entirety of their visit was about 15 minutes. This is exceptional efficiency.
